Once Seed Plan Reports have been generated, they may be viewed, revised, sent to Advantage Acre, shared, and printed.
1. Choose MODIFY SEED PLAN.
2. Users are taken back to the SEED INSIGHTS. From there users may simply view the recommendations, or revise product choices, or use the Tool menu (3 line hamburger menu icon) to go back further in the tool’s sections to revise Field Information.
3. Choose SEND SEED PLAN TO ADVANTAGE ACRE.
4. All products, planting rates, and yield goals are transferred to Advantage Acre. If users have not already sent fields created in Seed1st to Advantage Acre, a warning/permission will appear to send the “new” fields first, then the seed plans.
5. Choose VIEW REPORT.
6. Then choose REPORT BY FIELD or REPORT BY SEED, and/or CROP FILTER for summary viewing options. A Farm level map is displayed along with matching list that may be viewed with details, one segment at a time, with the dropdown ARROWS, or scrolled through with all segments opened using the EXPAND & COLLAPSE icon. A BACK button and an EMAIL/PRINT REPORT button is displayed at the bottom of this screen view.
7. Choose EMAIL/PRINT REPORT.
8. Select the features to include in the report. The PREVIEW EMAIL button sends the report to the account owner; the SEND EMAIL button sends the report to any addresses in the email box (Some type of message is required in the Message Required box); and the PRINT/PDF button creates a printable PDF on the user’s device.
