Sharing Reports from the Advantage Acre^® Scouting App

In addition to the automatic upload to Advantage Acre, a Scouting Report can be emailed to others involved with the operation, (partners, dealer, landlords, agronomists) as soon as the scouting trip is finished.

1. To share a Scouting Report, tap on the Menu icon in the top left corner, then tap Reports, then tap Report in top right corner, then select the Report(s) you wish to share, then tap on Continue in top right corner.

2. Add any Overall comments, and/or Activity comments, then tap Continue, then enter recipient email addresses, or tap (+) to use Contacts email addresses. (Opens Contacts) 

3. After entering recipient addresses, tap Add to add the addresses (address in gray box moves down from To: line), tap on Send report, and confirm Message Sent. 

4. The Scouting Report shares the trip path, stops (with times), pictures, and notes.
