Legacy, Mid-Range and Flagship Combines
Harvested Rows per Entry are Less than Full Header Width
- (A) Go to Toolbox, then Header (Mid-Range/Legacy) or Head 1 (Flagship)
- Auto Cut Width should be Set to Off for Manual Operation
- Overlap Mode should be Set to Manual
- Leave Work Width Reset Mode Set to Manual
Go to RUN Screen Display (B) showing Full Header Width being used
- Top Left Box is Working Width, Top Right Box is Overlap Mode, Middle Window pops up when Working Width Box is tapped (B)
- (C) Shows the Manual Adjustment of the Working Width
Soybean platform adjustment is the same as the corn head
- Select Left or Right then Tap towards the opposite end to remove rows
Each Tap should be one row (or one unit of measure for a platform)
- Rows that are BLACK will be mapping
Press ENTER when done adjusting Overlap
If Harvested Rows do not Match As-Planted Rows
- Go to DIAGNOSTICS Screen Display then VERSIONS (D)
- For Automatic Variety Tracking VARIETY ZONE software must be loaded on the display.
- (E) Shows a custom RUN screen setup for Variety Tracking
- The top left box is Variety Tracking status and the top right box is Variety tracked
- The large middle window, MAP 2x5, is not required for Variety Tracking
- In normal field operations Variety Tracking should be set to ON and AUTO
- Current variety harvested will be displayed in the Variety box
- Varieties must be loaded from desktop software using a .CN1 folder
For Manual Tracking (F) Varieties must be loaded from desktop software (.CN1 folder)
Varieties cannot be manually added in the field
- Create a new Task and rename it every time a new Variety is harvested
- Tasks will automatically close, and a new task created, once data limit is reached
This limit is usually around 40-60 acres
