If you are having trouble with reloading your profile after using the “Become User” feature, try clearing the cache on your browser.
- Right click on the screen and select “Inspect.”
- Go to the “Refresh” icon, right-click, and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
- After selecting “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” you will be directed to the main page and your screen will look like the image below. Click on the white “X” icon.
- You will then be taken to the original page you were viewing. Click out of the side tab and log out of the account. See images below.

- Log out of the account.
- You will then be directed to the main login page. Log in to your account again, and continue with your work.
