Reports

Designed to offer PDF and Paper Copy options for easy reference during sales calls, follow-ups, planting, etc.,  Reports provide documentation regarding the product placement and seeding rate recommendations laid out by growers and seed advisors. The Seed Plan Reports organize information by field, by crop/product, and provide worksheets by field to document any last-minute changes to the plan.

Seed Pallet Placards are labels for pallets/boxes containing field placement and planting recommendations, designed to minimize mistakes during hectic timeframes of moving seed and filling planters.

Creating printable reports

From the white menu bar (top right), select Reports, which opens a new screen (Figure 1).

Seed Plan Report

Name the report and enter a Title for the header page. Selecting a Grower from the drop-down menu will list all the grower’s fields for which there is a completed seed plan. Select the fields individually, or use the Select All checkbox, then Create Report (Figure 2).

Seed Pallet Placards

Name the report, then select a Grower from the drop-down menu, which will list all the grower’s fields for which there is a completed seed plan. Select the fields individually, or use the Select All checkbox, then Create Report.

Field View Printable (Field and Seed Plan)

On the Field and Seed Plan tabs, there is a View Printable option, which opens as a one-page document.  

Seed Summary

There is a printable Seed Summary found under the Account menu. It provides the same information as the Seed Plan Report, but in a different format. Additionally, it allows DSMs and Dealers to view multiple growers in one list (Figure 8).
